1. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Please note: Due to the personal nature of perfume products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

Please include the following information in your return request:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photo/video of the item showing the issue (if damaged/defective)

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • If the item does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. wrong or damaged item sent).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, contact us as per the above instructions.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products purchased during sales or special promotions (unless damaged/defective)

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
