  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, processing times may be slightly extended. If this happens, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight/size.

  • We may offer free shipping on select orders or during special promotions. Check the website banners or announcements for updates.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 6–10 business days

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

  • You can use this number to track the real-time status of your shipment on the courier’s official website.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your address and contact number are correct when placing the order. We are not responsible for deliveries delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping details.

  • If a delivery attempt fails (due to no one being available to receive the package), the courier may make one more attempt before returning the parcel to us.

  • If the order is returned due to a failed delivery attempt, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video of the product and packaging
